For Our Repeat Visitors
If you've developed a Health Rhythms habit; if you've made us a regular
part of your well-being regimen; then the Pampered Package membership
card is your ticket to even more savings. Here is how it works; either
pre-purchase 5 of the same service and receive the 6th for half price, or
pre-purchase 10 same service and receive the 11th for free. This
pre-paid package plan is available for all of our
Massage, Medical Massage &
SPA Services. You receive a program membership card and
substitutions may be made for comparably priced services with advanced
notification.

For Your Wedding Party
 Let the staff
at Health Rhythms pamper you and your party before your special day with one
of our exclusive packages. We have packages for the Bride and Groom as
well as for the whole bridal party. Select from any of our packaged services

Our facilities are available for rental for your whole wedding party to
prepare for your special day. We can also come to you. For an
additional transportation fee, many of our services can be performed in your
hotel room suite, large dressing room or private residence.

Cancellation Policy - Group Service Packages |
The full deposit
will be refunded if cancellation notice is received at least 2 weeks
prior to the scheduled appointment date. 50% deposit refunded if
cancellation notice is received between 13 and 2 days prior to the
scheduled appointment date.
Your deposit is forfeited under all other circumstances including
no-show at scheduled time and date.
Refunds of deposits paid for by check, will be issued via check
only after the original check has been verified as cleared. |
